Extravagante Bar- und Restaurant­bereiche, liebevoll gestaltete Wohlfühl­zimmer und eine moderne barocke Eleganz, die sofort hängen bleibt. Das Gebäude und die Ein­richtung waren also schon mal da. Auch ein Logo gab es bereits. Was noch fehlte, war die Kommuni­kation rund um das neue Bed & Breakfast. Genau da haben wir angesetzt. Das vorhandene Logo wurde sanft überarbeitet, dazu kamen eine eigene Farbwelt, Typo­grafie und Bild­welt. Nicht alles neu machen, nur weil man es kann – sondern das, was schon da ist, richtig gut zusammen­bringen. Das Herz­stück ist die Web­site, die wir komplett umgesetzt haben – inklusive Texten und eigenem Foto­shooting. Schließlich soll man nicht nur denken „Wow“, sondern auch schnell verstehen, warum man hier eigentlich übernachten möchte. Deshalb stellen wir die Zimmer, das Haus und seine Vorteile klar und atmos­phärisch vor und führen Interessierte direkt zum Buchungs­tool. Und weil ein Hotel nicht nur aus Website und schönen Bildern besteht, haben wir den Auftritt auch in die vielen kleinen Dinge übersetzt, die Gäste vor Ort tat­sächlich sehen und in die Hand bekommen: Karten­schlüssel­hüllen, Info­schilder, Geschäfts­ausstattung und weitere Print­objekte. So wird aus dem ersten „Wow“ hoffentlich ein „Da möchte ich hin“. Und aus dem Klick auf die Web­site im besten Fall eine gebuchte Übernachtung.
